建昌县与凌源市建立大凌河保护公益诉讼协作机制_我的网站

一 |     本网讯 记者杨佳琳报道          　　6月19日，我市建昌县人民检察院和朝阳市的凌源市人民检察院共同签定《关于大凌河流域生态环境和自然资源保护协作意见》，标志大凌河保护公益诉讼协作机制正式建立。         　　按照《意见》要求，双方明确建立联席会议、专门联络员、跨区域协同办案、信息共享等具体措施，加强两地检察机关协作配合，尤其是大凌河源头水源协同保护，加强大凌河流域生态环境和自然资源保护协作，提升检察监督的工作质效，突破跨区域公益诉讼办案壁垒，为两地公益检察跨区域协同履职、携手保护公益环境提供制度保障。

二 |          　　双方还就各自公益诉讼工作开展情况、创新亮点工作进行了深入探讨和交流，并表示将深入秉持共融互促、优势互补、资源共享、共同发展的司法理念，积极构建协调有序、协同高效、协作创新的公益检察保护联动机制，合力打造一批高质量公益诉讼检察产品，为推动维护“区域经济一体化”发展法律秩序、促进两地生态文明建设和经济社会发展贡献检察力量。         　　作为辽西母亲河大凌河的源头，我市建昌县和朝阳市凌源市地缘相近、山水相连、人文相融。凌源市人民检察院、建昌县人民检察院在充分协商的基础上，制定《关于大凌河流域生态环境和自然资源保护协作意见》，以切实加强大凌河生态环境和自然资源的司法保护力度。
